Graphics need updating

I was surfing internet and this person said it was easy and that he just downloaded the site and it updated his drivers free at the same time.Easy to find free download but to repair you need money,thats hard for me to do right now.

So you're having a problem, update some drivers at the advice of a friend i'm assuming but the machine itself needs fixing, is that right?
