My PC has served me well for two years - i7-8700, GTX 1080 TI, on a Silverstone 650W SFX power supply.
However recently it has started having graphical glitches, freezes, crashes etc on some games like Total War Warhammer 2, Metro Exodus, XCOM 2 etc, while working perfectly on others (e.g. Total War Three Kingdoms).
I monitored it with afterburner, there were no issues with temperature. However when tweaking with different settings, it seems using an 80% power limit on the gpu seems to resolve this issue.
I figured this is either and issue with the PSU, or the GPU. Do any of you have any experience with this issue? Which one should I replace, the GPU or the PSU?
