graphics problem in bfbc2

iam using core i5 , 4gb ram ati 5670 1gb ddr5 , and when i play battlefield badcompany 2 whether on high or low the speed is pretty fast but the problem is whenever i move forward , the shadows and the details starts to build , so it appears like the world is built with my movement in the game , and it is too frustrating while playing the game . any solution ????

are yu sure its the problem of my card , becasue i dont think that my card is any problem as
i run bf3 on my system and it runs fast enough .
