Graphics problem with change

Hi, i have a problem. Been using a pc fine for a few weeks changed case and now no graphics and power to keyboard and mouse comes on and straight back off again. Motherboard is asus M5A78L - M/USB3 cabt remember exact chip 6 core 3.5ghz was working fine until case change

If you swapped case, have you forgot just in "Case" the standoffs for case?
