Graphics vs Threads

Hi i'm building a gaming PC but cant pick between 2 CPUs, the AMD apu series A8 7650k or the Intel i5 3470. The AMD CPU has more cores and better inbuilt graphics, while the Intel CPU has better single and multi-thread performance.

Which one should I go for please help.

in EVERY task and i mean EVERY TASK
the intel will be far superior.

More cores? Both are quad core cpus. The Intel is the better cpu. Being a gaming rig you should be using a dedicated gpu so the igpus should be a moot point.
