I just got a new pc from ironside and my gpu won't display at all not only will it not display but while the gpu is in plugged in i can't get a signal with the onboard or hdmi either. I have tested that everything is in it's proper place and and is plugged in correctly and I called ironside and told them the problems and they had me ship it back to them where they tested it again and assured me that it was working perfectly fine.
tl;dr. Gpu won't display at all. computer and older gpu work fine.

Gpu Msi Aero Itx Geforce Gtx 1060
Mobo Msi z370 a pro
Ram corsair ddr4 2666 8gb x 2
PSU evga 700w 80 plus bronze
Cpu I7 8700k coffee lake
HDD SATA (place holder)
Monitor is a Magnavox tv with vga cable with a dvi-d adapter (old one died getting new one asap)
