I have a MSI Z490M. Im not a gamer but looking for a card for better graphics what it the one to buy.

Better graphics in what? The cpu's igpu is good enough for general stuff. Possibly a GTX 1650 if want bit more power. Difficult to gauge your needs without knowing what it is you actually want.
