Hello!!! new poster here seeking some advices!
Over the past couple months while playing graphics heavy games, my display will cut to a gray (or the dominant color on the screen at the time, I've seen it shades of red/orange) screen with small vertical lines and a sound loop and the only way to come out of it was a hard reset (yikes)
But now this happens almost on a daily basis, very not good to hard reset that much.
Did some research on the nets and tried many things from changing registry to re-installing windows along with all the drivers for my card and this still happens.
Im starting to think i dont have enough power! My current PSU only pulls 600w and HiS suggests I use 700w for the card. Could this be why I keep gray screening or is it the RAM on the card?
Any and all replies would be greatly appreciated and less of my hair will be pulled out! Thanks!

Ma Specs:
Dell Studio XPS 7100
AMD Athlon IIx4 630 ((2.8GHz))
64 Bit Win-7
8gb RAB
HiS AMD HD Radeon 7950 (IceQ Boost turbo something commercialism idk)
Mod-X-Stream 600W power supply

Thanks for the hasty reply!
Idle temps for the GPU are 35C while gaming it can go up to 50-55C
Idle temp for the CPU is at 48-52C :C that fan needs a cleaning xD while gaming it goes up to the higher 60s while peaking at 70C

Your PSU should be more than enough to power a single HD7950. Your GPU temps look good, but your CPU is getting pretty hot.

If you are still using the original Dell provided CPU heatsink, I would suggest replacing it altogether. If that is not an option for you, I would remove the old thermal compound, clean the heatsink and fan thoroughly, and then put new thermal compound between the CPU and heatsink.

Thanks for the replies I am going to give my housing a good cleaning, ALSO I failed to mention (not very good with human interaction) that i am OCing the card and this may be the reason for my crashes, ive asked many with the same card what they keep their OC at and i got many different suggestions but my card seems* most stable at: core: 1050 memory: 1500 power limit -20%, seems this might be important info sorry again i forgot to mention this :C
