[SOLVED] Grayscale secondary

I updated my graphics cards drivers and now my secondary monitor is grayscale. I tried reverting the drivers and it still makes the monitor grayscale. Updated windows yesterday and it fixed it for a few hours. I cannot figure out what to do. I have tried swapping cords and even a different monitor and it is still gray. Please help

So it was fixed for about 6 hours and then it went back to grayscale. I am still at a loss, I am not sure what is causing this anymore.

Asrock Steel Legend B450 atx motherboard
16gb Geil Super Luce RAM
1Tb Toshiba 7200 rpm HDD
512gb nvme ssd Team Group
120mm AIO cpu cooler
6 120mm case fans

2 monitors.
Acer 120hz running dvi cable
Sceptre 75hz 24" running on hdmi (the one that is grayscale)

Go to Nvidia control panel ->Display -> Change resolution and check if your Output Dynamic Range is set to full. If not, change it to that.
If this works, it seems that it's a know issue with nvidia and hdmi.

I don't have an nvidia card. It is an rx 570 which is amd

Does the problem always occur with the same display? Even if it is the only one connected?

AMD Radeon Software->Settings->Display->Pixel Format: RGB 4:4:4 Pixel Format PC Standard (Full RGB)

Couldn't find this until you pointed it out. Somehow the radeon software had applied custom color settings only to my second display. Thank you very much
