Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not it is possible to create a generic GRE tunnel without the use of hyper-v to do it?
The only thread containing an example on establishing one is below and shows it being set up using hyper-v. I asked their support over livechat and they didn't seem to know and pointed me to visual studio support for some reason.
