[SOLVED] Grease marks on motherboard

I noticed grease marks on my motherboard and pc case there is also some on the chipset heatsink so I have a feeling its coming from my gpu
My pc is running fine nothing out of the ordinary

Please help me figure out what this could be

What GPU is this? I would check the fan on the GPU for an oil leak, if it is leaking oil the bearing will likely seize eventually and/or get quite loud.

Its a Strix 2080 I've had it for less than a year and the right fine does seem to have some sort of rattling noise

Well if you can find out that it definitely is the fan I would RMA the card. There must be some kind of factory defect with the fan if it is starting to fail this soon.
