Great Micro ATX for a gaming/home theater build?

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to build a mini PC for my dad but have no idea which Micro ATX is the best option. The PC will be use with a 4k TV for movies and gaming (mostly old games). My budget is <$200 for the motherboard. Wifi or SLI capable is not necessary.

My other components:
I5 4680K
EVGA 970 SC
HyperX Fury 8GB
850 EVO 500GB SSD
Corsair GS600 PSU

4k ? Movies it could handle, but gaming that would REQUIRE a powerful video card. something a micro atx can't handle. 4k is extremely demanding. Look up the benchmarks for proof.

Optimal is about 60fps if that is a 60Hz tv (best performance). If a 144Hz monitor, more like 144fps for best performance.

Mostly for movies when it comes to 4k, as for gaming, my dad play games that's very very old. I'm talking about Red Alert, Sudden Strike, StarCraft 1 etc...
