Green light on Z170A comes on but nothing else

Hey so im new to pc building and im building mine now and when i go to try to turn on my pc all that haopens is the the green light towards the bottom of the mobo turns on. Nothi g else. Does ot have something to do with my power switxh cable or something, because im lretty sure the mobo is getting power because the lights on.

P.S. i for my cpu port my power source didnt come with a nirmla 8 pronged port, bit indtead two 4 prong porta so i plugged thise in and they fit fine, but could that possibly be it?
