Question Green lines and dots across my monitor on first boot

bought a brand new gaming pc from cyberpower pc and on first boot had a bunch of green lines and dots across my monitor. when i went to device manager and go to the gpu it says windows has reported and error with this device code 43 is this fixable or should i rma the card?

Definitely RMA the card. Green lines and dots are indicative of a failing GPU.
