I'm not sure if this is an issue with my monitor or my GPU, but for some reason my screen keeps showing green pixels and scrambling the words on certain sites. It hasn't affected me too much, but i'm worried it's a symptom of a larger issue, or that the issue will continue to grow. screenshots are linked above, I linked each picture using a different format because i'm dumb and don't know which one is visible.
Also, I'm using a Sapphire pulse radeon RX580 for my GPU, and an Acer 27-inch IPS panel monitor; resolution 2560 x 1440; LED Backlight AMD FreeSync Technology; Flicker-Free; DVI-in; HDMI-in; USB 3.0. Probably didn't need to put all of that but just to be safe.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, but to start with, is this an issue with the GPU or the monitor? I tried plugging in the HDMI cable to my integrated graphics AMD ryzen 4 CPU through my B450 Tomahawk motherboard, but it wouldn't even display anything on the monitor when I did that so it didn't rule anything out.
I should also mention that both the monitor and PC are brand new, only about a month old, if even. I installed the GPU and everything else in the PC myself as well, and this is the only problem I've had with the system thus far.
any help would be greatly appreciated
