Recently I started getting these squiggly green and or red lines and sometimes smears on videos and on at least 1 game, mainly on peoples moving faces and limbs in videos. Dying Light for some reason has it but not in Dishonored 2.

YouTube is the worst, other video streaming services like hulu or xfinitytv do it very mildly and sparsly.
I have seen mention of a problem with adobe and a checked box for harware accelration but I believe I have adobe flash off, and set to ask permission to use. Could that be my problem? Or is it my display? It's only about 2 months old. Also noteworthy: It does not seem to show up in a screen capture.

Please tell me its not the GPU.. I have never had temps above 58c before anyone asks.

It's a 4 month old GTX 1060 6gb I bought new. :/

and no I don't believe so about integrated graphics. It's a custom build.

What cpu do you have? If Intel it most likely has integrated graphics.

Its unlikely but a new gpu can fail prematurely.

I have an i7-7700, how do I switch over without pulling out the gpu?

Yes it has integrated graphics. You can try unplugging the GPU's power cable, then plug the monitor into the motherboard. Hopefully this is enough to force the motherboard to switch over to integrated graphics. You might also be able to force integrated graphic in the bios but this way you need to make the change, shut down, connect monitor to motherboard and then boot up. The best way though is to take the gpu out.
