Green static on dark images, until crash

So, I recently aquired a refurbished NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 M for my old Toshiba qosmio x500. Old card had VRAM problem and could only Run with low clock settings. But apart from lower performance from underclock everything was running smooth. Switched new card and green static starts apearing randomlly on dark spots, moving arround with the Window, until system ends up crashing, and power button reboot is needed

Sounds like the card is damaged or your GPU

VRAM test shows everything fine, and the green noise feels more like interference than anything...

Also, it happens in safe mode too, without graphic driver iniciated

In my case the artifacts are not static, its more like a fading green small line of horizontal pixels, like a group of 4 ir 5, the thing os that ir keeps getting worse until it crashes the syatem

Oooo then it must be your ram memory stizks, damaged ram sticks does this, maybe this is why

If the problem os in the RAM sticks, would it apear um screenshot?

With the old card there is nothing... But it is under severe memory underclock
