Green vertical lines on monitor, orange triangle on gpu(device manager) 2 monitors not working(only one works at a time),gpu doesnt show on task manag

Hi, so i was just playing a minecraft mod(Rlcraft which requires good specs) on my pc when it suddenly crashes, then i get an error saying nvidia opengl driver error code 3 and every open window i move it turns black and i cant interact with it(i could only minimize, close it). then i restarted my pc and started playing again and it happened 3 times. also during those moments where i restarted my pc the pc itself started crashing, both screens went black and i couldnt do anything so i just made it shutdown by closing the power strip. again it happened a lot of times. i know closing it by the power strip is really dangerous but i didnt have any choice. then my monitors dont work and only the second one works(kinda). i try a lot of stuff but it doesnt work. now the gpu doesnt show up in task manager, it has an orange triangle in device manager and the pc uses the cpu for everything. also i tried to detach the cables of the second monitor , restart and my first monitor worked, so i guess only one monitor works at a time. but the monitor doesnt display the correct resolution, it should display 1920×1080 but its max resolution is 1280×1024 and the reccomended one is 1024×786???? can someone help me please?
gpu is a geforce gt 330

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Use GPU-Z and pass on a screenshot of what you see there. Also include the error code you see in Device Manager for your GPU.

i also found out that when i boot the pc for a millisecond a lot of exclamation marks appear so it could mean corrupt bios or bad gpu.
