NEW PC HELP

Hello everyone,

I have recently completed my new PC and it is working as expected when running. However, whenever I try to boot from a power off or sleep state state into the BIOS, the peripherals are all off and the screen goes grey. There isn't the Motherboard splash and no way to boot into BIOS. The only way to "fix" this is restarting the PC once, or twice in some cases, and then it boots straight into windows just fine, but still no BIOS. I am trying to enable the XMP profile for my RAM and haven't been able to get to the BIOS at all. The same issue still occurs even when fast startup is disabled. I also tried to boot into BIOS/UEFI from the advanced startup menu and the same issue still occurs.I am open to any suggestion as to the source of this problem. I have thought it might be driver related but I have updated as many drivers as I can and this hasn't been fixed. I have also considered this to possibly being attributed to an inadequate power supply? Then again, everything runs perfectly fine when booted into windows and there arent any power issues so I have come to think this isn't it. Then again, I am not completely sure. Again, any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time!

Solution
Some motherboards just so you know have some BUGS and the only thing you can do is to update your motherboard bios to the latest..
This will fix some problems with your screen and the problems you say about no boot...
I can't find any problems..
Because most of my friends when they told me that they have no boot and stuff like that it was their motherboard fault because of old bios..
You need to find a way to update your bios to the latest...
I can't find anything wrong with your build anyway.. But as always motherboards have some problems with the new Ryzen so..
I hope i helped you a little...
