Specs:
AMD Ryzen 9 3950X
Asrock B550M Steel Legend {I have the latest bios already}
32 GB GSKILL Trident Z RGB (2x16) 3200 DDR4 {A1-B1 Config}

Windows will only boot if the ram is set at 2133, I've tried changing the XMP profile, voltages, timings, etc. Nothing works. I can get it past the bios if I have it set to 2933, but windows refuses to boot. and it's weird errors too, anything from "an unexpected error occured" to missing sys32 files, but setting the ram back to 2133 goes back to normal.

Solution
seems like you need to tweak secondary and teritary timings on your own.. or try to set 2T command rate, and set @1.35v memory voltage, increase soc voltage @1.15 or 1.2v. set xmp and select 3200mhz

I tried that already, no change. However I just finally got it to boot at 2933, I didn't use XMP, and I manually changed my voltage to 1.35 and my timings down to 15 15 15 36

This doesn't seem stable though and it crashed on me already

Been running it for a little while now at those same settings, except lower voltage. 1.3 instead of 1.35, and it seems stable so far.

No matter what I tweak though I can't get it going faster than 2933
