Very light gaming (like Roblox and Minecraft), I have a good CPU.

Both are bad.
One is silent, other has probably lower operating temperatures.

If your CPU has iGPU inside, then GT710 will not be any much better than, what you already have.

I have an i7 2600 (non-k version) Its iGPU is the Intel HD 2000 so anything will be better to be honest. Don't wanna come off as rude or anything but which one is better. I'm on a really tight budget right now so I can't get a 1030. Main reason I'm asking is because the one with the fan has GDDR5 ram and the fanless one has DDR3 ram.

Should I save up and get the 1030 instead? The GT 710 was much better than the Intel HD 2000 according to Game Debate, guess they were wrong.
