gt 730 1gb ddr5 vs gt 730 2gb ddr3

I want to get one of those two graphics card. Which one has more performance in games. And I'm just using single 1080p monitor.

the gddr5 is faster than the gddr3. the extra ram will not offset this difference.
get the GDDR5.

1gb vram is a ceiling which the 730 cannot exceed, so you want the faster option, which is the gddr5,for the simple reason thatit provides way faster transfer rates than the ddr3,even if the ddr3 was 4gb,the 1gb gddr5 would be faster.

Get the 64-bit version of the GT 730 as its actually faster then the 128-bit version.
