i3 3220,6(2+4)gb 1333mhz ram,h61mb,300w psu with 22A on +12v rail,and 1366x768 display @60hz

Will 730 2gb Gddr5 Run Demanding Games(FC4,ACU,CODAW,GTA5) At 1366x768 At Medium With 30-40FPS??(I dont want exact 60FPS only)
