That should draw less than 150-200W. But most good quality PSUs only have 450W options on the lowest end, so you'll probably end up getting that.
i just want to understand
the gpu isn't connected with cables it's connected in a put like the ram put and from the other side the monitor cable
that's my current gpu
so when i get gt 730 2gb ddr5 will i need.to buy power supply for it? I've 200watt power supply

Q9550 =95w
Gt 730= 25w
Everything else adds upto @ 50-75w usually.
At maximum stress, with everything running fully, you are under 200w. Barely. You won't be maximizing everything, just a partial load, so you'd be looking at closer to @ 135w-165w at best. That psu should be able to do that.

I understand that the GT 730 is powered off the PCIe slot. If you already have a 200W power supply, it should do fine with a GT 730. I was just saying if you are buying a new one, the good units generally are 450W at the lowest end.

Sure my number are over estimate, but it's hard to find 250-300W PSU, let alone 150-200W
He did mention earlier he already had a 200W PSU

No, you won't have to.
