GT630m Core clock problem

I recently got a new laptop (Acer Aspire v3-571g) with a intel i5 2310m and a Gt 630m 1gb ddr3 and the core clock is at 270mhz instead of 672mhz and the memory is at 405mhz instead of 800mhz. does anybody know what the problem is

It's a feature not a bug - as long as your temperatures are normal and it clocks up at gpu load everything is fine.

there is definitely a problem its running at about 49c and playing a game doesnt go above 270
