GT640 Safe Temperatures

Hey guys so I'm pretty new to the concept of overclocking but I decided I'll try it on my Gt640 to help smoothen out the frame rates I was getting in some of the newer games. So I've got the entire thing running pretty stable and I was just wondering, my GPU tends to be at temps of 37C at idle and at about 75C when under load, is that okay?
