GTA 5 Jagged Lines

It's really annoying . It's geyting worse when I play online, normally I play at med-high, but the jagged lines are killing the image.. I thought its the video card driver version but its not. Anyone a solution?
Cpu: A10 5800k
Gpu: Radeon HD 7770
Ram: 8 GB

MSAA. It can be taxing, but it'll remove aliasing. It also helps to play at a higher resolution.
