Gta 5 lagg

My cpu is ryzen 5 1400 and gpu geforce gtx 1050 ti and it shuld run gta 5 on high setings 80 fps
But mine it is 80 and than its droping fps all the time is wrong my hardwere or game(i didn't buy it i download it with utorrent)
