Gta 5 not starting in full screen?

Hi I just had installed a gtx 1070 and right after that I tried to play GTA 5. When I try to launch it, it goes right into windowed mode and when I go to change the settings to full screen it just freezes. Any fixes?

did you remove the old driver and then install the new one?
What is your full system spec? include make and model of the psu

Fulls specs: AMD fx 6300
Gtx 1070
Evga 450w power supply
1tb hdd
Kraken x62 cooler
Gigabyte ga-970a-ds3p motherboard
12 GB ram.
I fixed the problem with the full screen but now has soon as I opened gta 5 it's running at such low fps it's basically unplayable. I seen people use a fx 6300 and gtx 1070 and at least are able to play the game but for some reason I can't even move

@rdg1101 I had a rx 560 before this. Is there something I need to install before playing any games?

@rgd1101 what download button do I click. A lot of them are there and I do not know which one to click
