GTA 5 Offline Profiles

I've been playing GTA V offline for a while now, but I just added the LSPDFR Model and started playing it. And now, whenever I try out play offline it makes me select from two profiles mine and one that says 3dm....(something something) this is because I had a pirated version of gta 5 and deleted it and bought the retail one I guess. But sometimes my account is not there for me to check-in with and only the 3dm one is, I don't want to play offline with that cause I don't want any pirated version messing up my new gta, so how do I delete saved profiles from gta 5 offline.

C:\ProgramData\Socialclub\YOURUSERNAME etc etc etc this is the save location of the steam version.
