GTA 5 on GT730 and phenom ii 560 x2

Hey Guys....
I want to play games like GTA 5, AC4, BF4, and many more games.....
I am actually getting an upgrade in ram and GPU.....I decided to get a GT730 (i cannot go beyond that) i saw videos on youtube and GTA5 was playable with that gpu.....i have a doubt about my processor....i want to play gta 5 around 30 fps on med-high settings.....

CURRENT RIG:

GA-M68MT-S2P motherboard
AMD phenom ii x2 560 @ 3.30gHz
4GB ram (going to get more 4gb)
nvidia 7025 256mb integrated

So guys can i play gta 5 on 1366x768, textures and water settings on high, shadows on medium, AA-off with this cpu and gt730.....thanks in advance....

But what it i get a fx-6300 in the future.....So then can i run it on 1366x768 and med-high settings....

I see the gt730 which i posted in my 1st post....its actually is a bit overclocked.....

Also tell me whether now with this current cpu and gt730(overcocked A BIT) can i play GTA5 with med settings, shadows-medium, and AA-off...and ofcourse resolution around 720p....

btw when I was going to get the gpu..at the same time i m going to get the psuand the ram....its like 1 month later....maybe a a 450w one.....

hey do you think that the gpus that u suggested me through ebay sites with support my rig......
can you please think about the gt730 that i posted a link in my 1st post.....the specs shown there are a bit higher than what nvidia shows....as an entry level card, that specs are a little bit nice, i guess....what do u think about that....

I haven't bought the gt730 yet...but surely going to buy in mostly March....i know i have a x16 slot ( its GA-M68MT-S2)

So pls tell me about it running gta5 with my specs...:-
amd phenom ii x2 560 @3.3gHz
8gb transcend ram
gt730 2gb ddr3

I know that, but wouldn't the weaker component bottleneck the performance in both videos?

So what du u recommend...should i get gt730 ddr5 1gb or the gtx 650....

Also in future if I get the gt730 and a fx 6300 6 core or fx-8230, then will get some better fps on gta 5 and other games on med-high settings.......

Also my query is does playing gta 5 online with friends require more good rig or the same will do.....

the gtx 650 is much better than the gt 730 go with the g650 heres how is is the gt 730 compares to integrated graphics whereas the gtx 650 compares to something like a gtx 560 a card which is known as strong :)and yeah a new cpu would help with more fps
