GTA 5 Stutter on gtx 750 Ti

Hey everyone! I have been having some problems with GTA 5. Today I bought GTX 750 Ti Overclocked with 2GBs of VRAM. I have a lot of stutters in the game and my processor is q9400 2,66GHz and I have 4gb of ram. What could be the problem? Is my GPU bottlenecking CPU? Or maybe RAM? Please answer ASAP! Thanks

My guess is the 4gb ram, if you can upgrade to 8gb things should improve.

Is there any way I can play it without purchasing it? Because i have lost all my money on that gpu xD. I can buy it for maybe 1-2 months but i want to play it now. Is there any way i can do it?

Lower the resolution and all graphical settings and see how it does. Don't hold your breath though.

I think your CPU is the issue here. Try lowering the settings/resolution and play, then check the CPU/GPU usage.

You can play without 8gb now, but every time gta has to use the pagefile its going to stutter.

As mentioned, play in 720p on low settings and it should help a bit

And what exactly is that pagefile?

Its a portion of dedicated space on your hard drive that windows uses as a substitute when the ram is full. Its significantly slower than using ram

Is gta5 installed on your C drive, or a second hard drive?
