GTA IV has stopped working

Hey guys, I had downloaded GTA IV from a website which was of 5 parts, I only extracted part one, which then after becomes 10.x GB, after that I got up to start LauncherGTAIV.exe it shows me error SECULauncer has stopped working (something like that) then I searched over the internet, and got to install vcredist_2003, after that error gone off by giving the born of new error, *GTA IV has stopped working*, which I searched over and got no solution.

Please help me.

You've installed the game from an illegal source, that's why it doesn't work. I wouldn't be surprised if it has also infected your computer with malicious programs.

Obtain a legal copy and I'll bet that all your issues magically disappear.
