Here are my pc specs note that I have this computer already and that I am not adding any parts to it
Her are the specs

So can it run gta iv on high setting with good fps ? Thank you

You wont be able to run on high settings, but it will run

It will run on high, I would just lower the view distance and traffic a bit. I had it running on high on a Core 2 Quad Q6600 and a HD2900Pro 1GB/ It really needed three cores and 1GB of VRAM to run decently.

which can run gta iv better i am not changing any thing in the computer as this is not for gaming but for GCSE use but just want to know if it can run gta iv and which one is better for it please do not tell me to upgrade or change any parts thank you.
