As the title says, I am running some low fps, 11~32fps to be exact. I have turned off MSAA and MSAA Reflection and this has not helped. I have tried old, current, and beta drivers; still in the 11~32 range. It does not matter if I run at normal or very high.

AMD FX6300
ASUS Crosshair V Forumla-Z
G.skill Ripjaws V 16GB (2x8 1333mhz)
ASUS R9 390
Corsair AX860 PSU

Resolution is 720p @60hz

Has the system always done this? Is GTA the only game with the issue? What OS? If you have 10, try it on Windows 7 with pre-crimson drivers. Many posts I see with gaming issue have started after a Windows 10 setup or a Crimson driver update.

At 720p, the FX-6300 should run GTAV at higher than a steady 30fps.

Update all your drivers to the newest, are you running crimson driver or old catalyst? in your situation, you must run crimson - thats giving u best performance.

But maybe it's the CPU, AMD cpu's isn't that known to games anymore... alot of games, runs best with intel
