GTA V 30 fps instead of 60

I'm getting 37-45 fps in game and also in the benchmark. I meet the requirements and I don't get 60fps.Ain't the r9 280x suppose to run it at 50-60? I saw videos of people playing it at 50-60 fps with the same specs. Sometimes the game runs at 90 fps(Mount Chil) and it doesn't even feel like 60fps, it feels more like console fps.

MSSA 4x (Makes No fps difference off)

All the Settings in Advance Graphics are on the lowest.

Well, the 380 is close to the 285 in performance. And the 285 gets beat by the 280X.

But do you really need a R9 380 for gaming at 1366x768? It should at least be at 1080p. If it ain't that, you ain't doing the card justice.

Don't worry, I'm gonna buy a 1080p or 4k Asus monitor with it. Soo.. Is the 380 good?

If that is the case, then it's good. It won't be an upgrade, though. But since you're just trying to replace your seemingly faulty video card, and you have the money, then yeah, the 380 is good.

Woo, old discussion. Looking back alot has changed. Anyways, it was most likely just a driver issue. Also, cpu was also affecting performance. If I had a better one it would most likely performed a lot better.
