GTA V am2 socket processor

My computer is really out of date and i want to upgrade it i wanted to ask what processor could run GTA 5 on 60fps? I don't have much money so I need the cheapest one you know (I really don't care about the looks (settings don't matter)) PS only am2 socket

That socket is very very outdated. I would suggest upgrading to a newer socket (or switching to intel) if possible. I'm not even sure if a CPU upgrade is even worth it. What's your current CPU and GPU?

raihan4 im 14 yrs old so i dont have much money
btw my pc in total is really outdated so i guess the best thing i could do is just buy a new pc
my gpu is ATI Radeon HD 3850 i know it wont be able to play GTA V

Well then not much choice there, your best bet is buying a used Phenom X4 9950 BE, which is still slightly slower than a C2Q Q6600.
