Hi,

After I run GTA V, on first sight it runs very smooth, 60 FPS. But after a while you get into a game (combat, car, plane crashes etc.) huge FPS drop happens, even to 15 FPS then afterwards it gets back to normal 60FPS. The FPS drop and sometimes lag are very annoying. I didn't touch any of the graphics settings, most of them are on high - very high.

I have the latest nvidia driver installed.

PC setup:

AsRock Extreme 4
Core i5 4670k
8GB RAM
MSI GTX 770 twin frozr 2GB
320GB HDD
Windows 8.1 PRO

Thank you in advanced!

P.S. My brother uses R9 280X 3GB and a lower grade intel cpu, and yet he doesn't have the problems I do at all.

Are you overclocking you GPU? I found that overclocking makes the game stutter and causes framerate drops.

i have been looking for weeks for an solution,
i have tried everything, and finally now i know what the problem is guys, YOU HAVE TO LOWER THE CPU VOLTAGE BIJ 0.1 OR 0.2 , for example, my voltage was 1.4 and is now 1.2, . and voila !!! never ever had any framedrops!
