I actually used to play GTA V at 35-40fps at medium settings on my Laptop. Recently after latest GPU driver update it has started shuttering a lot. I used DDU to completely uninstall my GPU drivers and Re-install them but that thing wasn't much useful. I actually then Reseted my computer and made it as good as new, and even though I made so much efforts from my side that thing wasn't much helpful........ I edited the settings script and made the game look as GTA San Andreas ( Lowest settings with no shadows and reflections ) and this shit still is shuttering..... Now I am fed up.
