GTA V Lagging For No Reason

Hi there. I've been playing GTA V for a few days now, I got a new GPU and I couldn't run it before. I turned my PC off last night, everything was on Ultra settings running at 40-60 FPS. I woke up this morning, got on and the frames were so choppy and the game was freezeing, it wasn't playable. I'm playing on Campaign mode or whatever, I'm not sure what happens online. I turned everything to the lowest setting and I have the same issue.

Specs:
Intel i5 7500 3.40ghz
EVGA GTX 1060 6GB
4GB DDR4 Ram (Overclocked)
250gb Samsung SSD (For windows and Gta)

You need more ram. 4gb is not enough for GTA V. It's known to have stuttering issues with 4Gb(or less) of ram.

I understand that, however, it was running great for like 2 days, then it just went to crap out of nowhere.
