[sorry for my bad english]

My Specs: intel core 2 duo 3.0 ghz
Nvidia Geforce 210 1GB RAM
2GB Ram

Framerate: minimum 15 fps - maximum 40 fps Most of the time 30 fps
I am running in a lower resolution 512x384
and a low spec mod.
All works fine but while I am Driving it freeze and it starts lagging (1-15 fps) .
Can someoane Help?
Is it the memory?

Have you tried lowering the enhancements in nvidia control panel? Like ambient occlusion off, anisotropic filtering off and the biggest one that will help is settings Texture filtering to high performance maybe even power performance to high if your using a laptop.

Overall upgrade

Yeah it makes sense to get a lower framerate while driving at high speeds as opposed to standing still in a tunnel, especially with your setup. I recommend getting a better computer. Really any upgrade you do will be better than what you have. The 2GB of RAM is not good. See if you can add more sticks or get ones with more capacity, that will help a ton. I recommend 8GB of RAM, 6GB would be the absolute least.

Edit: To be honest, get 6GB of RAM and save up some money for a better video card

Rockstar says you need minium an Intel Core 2 Quad to play GTA V. So it's normal, and Nvidia GT 210 is really old.

I don't suggest you to buy an FX-4300. For a little more money you can get an 8320.
