GTA V low memory warning on Intel HD 530

So I've been having a problem with GTA V where it runs smoothly, no drops and such. And then suddenly BAM! An error pops up that mp PC is low on memory and is telling me to turn off GTA V and after that it shows me ERRORS and crashes. And when I go to task manager it shows me that it's using all of my RAM. So I was wondering is there anyway to clean that RAM while in game or some other way to fix this?

The most obvious problem is that unless you're not mentioning your GPU, you're running a game on the integrated GPU, which is far below the minimum requirements. So you're going to run into various problems as more stuff is happening in-game.
