[SOLVED] GTA V online fps drops

My specs are:
I5 4460
Gtx 750ti
4gb ddr3 1600mhz
350w psu.
Now I've checked with minimum requirements for gta v and i meet all the requirements. Even the recommended too except for ram. But my game drops frame randomly when in vehicle or when randomly roaming around even at the lowest possible settings at 800×600 resolution. In benchmarks the fps stays well above 60 at 720p but its totally different in game.
PS: I newly installed the 750ti is there any changes i should do from the nvidia control panel? I've checked YouTube nothing seems to work.

[SOLVED] - GTA Online FPS drops for no apparent reason

I am on my last legs for trying to solve this problem, honestly. Okay enough complaining, on to describe it. On GTA Online, I get moderate framerate drops. Thinking it could be the game's optimization. NOTHING is maxed. GPU, CPU, RAM, Disk, you name it. It just doesn't want to run at 60+...
