GTA V only gets 15fps with an i7 3770 at 4.3GHz and an R9 380 4gb?

I only get 15fps on GTA V and About 35 fps on the Unigine Heaven benchmark🙁. On most videos and things I've seen it gets about 60fps on both of them. By the way, the are both on ultra settings on a 1080p monitor. I've overclocked the i7 with asrock's non-k overclock thing but there was no improvement. So could someone pleeeease give me a solution for this 😀.

Hey man, I am using the same graphics card and it's definetly not fine for Ultra! I am running most things on high for FPS around 60 but it's just not optimized or strong enough for GTA V Ultra.

Is that in the city because than it's still possible. Got a list of your settings perhaps and your temperatures?

Have you updated your drivers?

Did you plug your HDMI, Display Port or DVI cable into the graphics card? If you plug it in the motherboard it'll use the integrated graphics.

Yeah. I updated them about 4 days ago, still no difference🙁

Yeah i use an HDMI connected to the graphics card, my main graphics adapter is the GPU connected to the pci express x16 slot, which is the R9 380.
