Solution
Finally managed to get mine working now

Did the following:
Start Menu > Documents > Rockstar Games > Social Club > Profiles
There was a folder in Profiles named 2547AC96. I deleted this folder.
Made sure there was any active GTAVLauncher.exe in task manager.
Restarted with Steam and it let me launch the game.

Worked for me, hope this helps others

About Infinite Load Screen (Social Club). I realized some procedures that solved my problem. 1 updated my DirectX; two, I downloaded and installed all Microsfoft Visual C ++ (2008,2010,2012). 3rd updated my video Drive. Reinstalled the Social Club program. However so far nothing had changed. So I decided to activate Windows UPDATE. I had to upgrade a 3 times, all the updates marked as "Important".
Until I realized that my Windows PACK Service had been updated. So I tried to get into the game and it worked! I wish everyone to get it right! Good game to you.

My guess and I say guess because there is no way for us to actually find out, is that GTA V is requiring a component which is missing.

Please make sure that you update .NET Framework, Microsoft Visual C++, Video drivers, Windows Updates. Then try :)

Also if your on Steam verify the integrity of the cache / game files.

First of all Im not a steam user so its impossible for me to do the fix that are given by Rockstar

second rockstar ddnt create new User for me cause i dont have special character

Third i already updated my c++ drivers .... so sorry but i will still gonna try the .NET

ddnt work

not steam user

thanks for the Effort Tho

Unfortunately
.Net Framework ddnt work.

Hmmmmm.
Atleast it is worth a try.... thanks yett71

Im ashamed that my OS is not legit

know what i mean

i had the same problem but i think i fixed it,

#1 - UPDATE WINDOWS, updating windows is what fixed it for me

#2 - update drivers, if it doesnt do anything then it works out well anyway

#3 - run it as admin (for steam) right click gta5, press properties, press local files, press browse local files, find "GTAVlauncher" right click and press properties, press compatibility, then tick the box that reads "run this program as administrator"

#4 - do a re(ish) download , go to social club, and register the game, follow through with the steps, it will eventually add some files that might help or might not help, doesnt redownload the entire thing

hope this helped. btw didnt work until i updated so do that

Hello Brianjay

The same happened to me, GTA V stuck on the loading screen, story mode. But i found a way around, i re-started the game and clicked on random job and the screen loads! telling you to edit a character to go online or press Esc to start GTA V. After pressing Esc i was in GTA V within seconds, just where i left the last time i played !! this is what i am time doing right now. Give it a try. Also make sure there is plenty of space in your HD.

Hope they patch it soon enough so that we play the game straight and not look for work arounds.

Brianjay, my game is also not steam, i got it from GMG or greenman gaming, online. Becuase there was good discount. Even steam users are having the same problem as us.
