GTA v running very low on my GTX 1070

Hello,
I recently started to play GTA 5 again, i used getting 120 FPS on ultra but now with the newest drivers and the latest update i get FPS fluttering between 16 - 60 on normal, not even ultra, when in ultra its between 10 - 25 FPS.

Specs:
- Intel Core i5 6600K at stock settings
- Msi amour GTX 1070 8GB stock settings
- 9 GB RAM
- mobo: Asus b150 aura
- PSU: Corsiar VS450 450W

Sounds like either a temp, driver, or power supply issue. Monitor GPU and CPU temps in MSI afterburner WHILE playing. If they are okay, wipe all GPU drivers using ddu. And list your power supply.

Revert back to the older driver and see if that solves the problem.
