GTA V Stuttering issues

Hi, as i have just downloaded GTA V i am experiencing massive stutters across my game as i load in, i run the game on normal settings to see if it was my fps but it was not as i was playing @60fps. Any help would be very nice

Specs:
Intel Pentium Anniversary edition (OC 3.8)
8gb ram
GTX 950
750gb HDD
MSI H81M

Set Vsync to half in game and see if that works better. The Pentium chips do not have enough power/cores to run GTA V well and not drop the minimum frame rate to an unplayable level. GTA V really needs at least 2 hyper-threaded cores, but runs much better on 4-core chips.

Thanks for telling me that it has stopped the stuttering but my fps is now playing at 30fps?

Yep. About 40 FPS is all that you can swing on a Pentium chip. They simply don't have the horsepower to keep the minimum frame rate up and load textures, etc. in an open-world game that's constantly changing.

You can turn off VSync and set the frame limiter through a launch command and set it to 40 FPS.
