gpu-galaxy nvidia gtx750 Oc 1gb ddr5
ram-Kingston hyperx 2x4gb 1600mhz

I would avoid MSI 970A-G46 with a FX 8350.
and go for a ASUS M5a97 R2.0. It is a better motherboard with better VRM. Consider going for a FX 8320. FX 8350 is essentially a higher clocked FX 8320. You won't notice much difference between them in gaming.

GTX 750 is not a bad card for now. I wouldn't change it really for a R7 260X if you already bought the GTX 750.
