GTA5.exe has stopped working.Cant figure out whats happening.

Cleared Temp Files?
Updated GPU drivers?
Scanned for viruses?
Reinstalled Windows ?

i had a gt 610 previously.Now i upgraded to gt 730 2gb ddr5,And installed different cracks,tried to underclock my gpu,I dont have a good proc.So reinstalling it will take a lot of time.But iam gonna try it tomorrow.

There is your answer. Buy the game. That should fix your problem. I figured that was the problem but I waited for your response.

I also monitored real time usage of cpu to keep it below 95%.my specs are
intel pentium g645@ 2.9GHz
6gb ram(2gb+4gb)
Zotac gt 730 2gb ddr5
Dl h61mxel mother board
