Question GTA5 low setting with high fps cause mini freezes when high setting with low fps didn’t. RTX4080 laptop i9-13980HX

How can I solve this mini freezes when higher the fps higher freezes. Idk what wrong with it. Temp are fine. Laptop is Asus Rog scar 16

I have seen reviewers suggest to put a framerate cap in place on that game for a better experience.

I cannot even recall which game launcher it was, but some years ago they gave away a free license with one of them and that particular load is notorious for poor performance as well.

is it like fps limiter? My laptop has 240hz OC nebula display so I want high fps at least with RTX4080 and i9. It show GPU usage drop from 99% to 20% when freeze in GTA5.

I am not terribly familiar with the game in a first person basis. I mean, I have played it but it wasn't ever really my cup of tea. If your monitor and graphics card are otherwise on the same type of sync it may be worth some experimentation with the frame limiter to see what gives the best result.

Turn off fullscreen optimization, Disable Intel Turbo Boost technology, Check for system file corruption.

It worked! I used MSI after burner limiter to 100fps and no more lag or freezes. 1% low fps is stay on 100fps.

It fixed by fps limiter but I kinda want high fps so I gonna try it anyway. I think no file corruption because I reset and reinstall windows and DDU and reinstall both intel and nvidia. Other games like valorent is stable.
